❤️ 血壓高企 Hypertension
血壓長期高於130mmHg,血管會變硬、變窄,心臟需要更用力地泵血,導致無法有效供應全身血液。
Blood pressure above 130 mmHg hardens and narrows blood vessels, forcing the heart to pump harder, leading to insufficient blood circulation.
❤️ 血糖上升 Elevated glucose
糖尿病會損害血管,加速動脈硬化,增加心血管疾病風險。
Elevated blood glucose levels damages blood vessels, speeding up atherosclerosis, thus increases cardiovascular risk.
❤️ 中央肥胖 Abdominal obesity
身體囤積過多脂肪會損害健康,尤其是中央肥胖,會降低身體對胰島素的反應及損害血管。
Excessive body fat can impair health. Abdominal obesity is particularly harmful, as it increases insulin resistance and damages blood vessels.
